We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that any modification or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may no longer be able to process your request, as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to give your cat time to get used to its new toy and see if it sparks its interest. If, after a fair trial, your cat still shows no interest, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return any eligible product and receive a full refund, even if it shows slight signs of use. Please check the specific product page to verify its eligibility.

Note: Excessive wear or damage may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Standard return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal or abusive use.

If you return an item without prior approval, without a valid reason, or beyond the 30-day period, we reserve the right to apply restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@aristochat.fr within 30 days after delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return

All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
Please include your order number and shipping name in the package to facilitate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not refund shipping fees.

Upon receipt of your return, the inspection of your item(s) may take up to 10 business days. After confirming that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation of your refund for processing. If you do not receive your refund after confirmation of its processing and issuance, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal or abusive use.

All refunds are processed in US dollars ($USD), as with the initial purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

At Aristochat, we are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality. If you have any concerns about a product, we encourage you to contact us immediately. If you encounter a problem with any of our products, we advise you to stop using it immediately and contact us at support@aristochat.fr. Please provide details about the issue, as well as your order number. If possible, photos of the product can also be helpful to better understand the situation.

We are here to help you and to quickly resolve any concerns you may have. We will strive to provide you with adequate assistance or an appropriate solution depending on the issue encountered.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We pay great attention to the packaging of our products to avoid any damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage that occurs during shipping, such as a dented box, etc., without the product being altered, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send an email to support@aristochat.fr attaching a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a free replacement.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Although we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and issues occurring during shipment.

If you encounter a problem with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect against fraudulent activities, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information registered with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for any suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction.

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and immediately notify the customer.
